Mr. Griffith, One of the Principles of DeKalb Logistics, has purchased Industrial Buildings since the early 1980’s. His companies have been in the business of industrial development for over 20 years. The original concept development plan involved purchasing properties and renovating the buildings to meet the needs of the community in which they were located. Mr. Griffith expanded on his capabilities by matching the needs of potential clients and tenants, with the availability of his property. Mr. Griffith is a pioneer in the logistics field.
Griffith Enterprise, Inc. Rose Joint Venture, Elgin Partners, Liberty Investment Group, LLC, all companies of Mr. Griffith engaged in the Purchase, Renovation, Leasing, Management, and Resale of the properties.
Rose Venture took on a slightly different role and rehabilitated the buildings into Industrial Incubators, leasing to companies such as 3-M, Caterpillar, Yellow Freight, Micro Solutions, Northern Illinois University and many others. Rose Venture helped these and other companies set up warehousing, and production at the DeKalb Location.
The unique qualities of the concept development plan, and the leasing structure of these properties has helped many companies in their growth and development. Many of the tenants have become very successful companies, and expanded when they were able. Some tenants have chosen to make their lease spaces permanent homes.
Mr. Griffith is always available, and eager to meet the ever changing needs of our growing and diversified economy. When tenants came to him looking for a solution to their logistic needs, Mr. Griffith immediately sought an alternative to traditional warehousing. The DeKalb Logistic facility is the alternative solution that meets those needs.

We have an experienced labor force that specializes in location identification, striping and aisle alignment. We are also able to provide a fully trained flex labor force, an experienced maintenance team, and a safety inspection consultant. We are capable of anything from general maintenance to total reorganization.
DeKalb Logistics has been under contract with TNT since 2001. Under terms of that contract DeKalb Logistics, the partners of which are integral members of the DeKalb Logistics team, have been responsible for the loading and unloading of the entire inventory going in and out of their DeKalb Public Warehousing facility.
DeKalb Logistics shipped direct from their DeKalb Warehouse.
Previous to and along with the contract with TNT, DeKalb Logistics was responsible for the Logistic Services of a variety of customers. DeKalb Logistics has employed and trained a variety of personal. We have experienced management that has worked with the principles of DeKalb Logistics for many years. DeKalb Logistics also has a supervisory staff that has come up through the ranks, experiencing every aspect of the processes involved with the logistics industry. We have trained associates that are fully aware of the DeKalb Logistics expectation level. Over the last few years our staff has nurtured and grown into a productive Logistic Services Machine. Our Employees are dedicated and eager to expand their expertise into a larger arena.
Recently Members of our team were responsible for a variety of Logistic responsibilities at the Midwest Logistics Center.
Services that were performed included; realigning locations, pulling inventory, and aisle alignment. We also pulled from locations and created floor stock. Our staff was also responsible for; realigning and repairing several pedestrian doors, repairing several dock doors, as well as the re-stacking of floor stock. Our Associates also preformed; line painting, building painting and general maintenance and repair.
