Freight Handling "Lumping Service"

oInbound - Our associates will be trained and tested in the correct operation of all types of fork trucks, stocking patterns, product identification, labeling, quality control and facility safety procedures. They will be rewarded for finding damaged or imperfect product .

oOutbound - Our associates will be trained and tested in the correct operation of all types of fork trucks, trailer inspection, loading patterns, labeling, product identification, quality control, and facility safety procedures. They will be rewarded for finding damaged or imperfect product. All loads will be inspected by a supervisor prier to signing them off .

oPivitors – Pivitors will be trained and tested in correct operation of all types of fork trucks, spatial concepts and facility safety procedures in order to maintain a smooth flow of product in and out of the facility.

Flex Labor

oInbound Stocking – Flex Labor will be trained and tested in correct operation of all types of fork trucks, the use of a RF equipment, location identification, product identification, product code identification, stocking patterns, quality control and facility safety procedures.

oOutbound Picking - Flex Labor will be trained and tested in correct operation of all types of fork trucks, the use of a RF equipment, location identification, product identification, product code identification, quality control and facility safety procedures.

Unskilled Value-Added Labor

oLabeling Product - Labor trained and tested to aid in the process of labeling product.

oSorting Product - Labor trained and tested to aid in the process of separating product by a specific code or type.

oProcessing Returns- Labor trained and tested to aid in the processing of returned or damaged product.

oRack Teardown and Building - Labor trained and tested to aid in the process of assembling and disassembling racking.

oPallet Collection - Labor aid in the collection of empty pallets in inventory in order to enhance productivity for pallet allocation.

oRe-Ricking and Re-Stacking - Labor trained and tested to aid in the process of re-ricking or re-stacking patterns of stored product that have changed due to policy change.

oAccessory Product – Labor trained and tested in the process of inserting or removing accessories to or from a final product for shipping.

General Maintenance

oGeneral Repairs - Labor trained and tested to be used for general repairs. This person will perform various duties that include, but are not limited to the upkeep and appearance of the Logistics Center inside and out.

oGeneral Housekeeping - Labor trained in the upkeep of the offices and cafeteria.

oSweeper Operators - Labor trained and tested to aid in the use of sweeper equipment and the removal of labels from the floor.

Painting

oLine Painting - Labor trained in the process of painting distinct and calculated lines for aisles, vehicle parking areas, exit identifications, and safety identification. Also location identification.

oFacility Painting - Labor trained for the painting of stair railings, guard rails, etc.

General Equipment Maintenance and Repair

oPM Scheduling -Skilled Labor trained and tested in the process of maintaining records and performing general preventative maintenance to all of the facilities equipment.

oGeneral Equipment Repair -Skilled Labor trained and tested in the process of repairing inoperative equipment in as short a time span as possible.

oMulti-Shifter Repairs and Maintenance – Skilled Labor trained and tested to in the process of preventive maintenance and necessary repairs of the multi-shifter.
